1. Booking and Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm your reservation, a deposit may be required. The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will be charged for one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest's account.

Our hotel is smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.

8. Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel unless prior arrangements have been made. Service animals are welcome with advance notice.

ATM Comfort Zone is not liable for loss or damage to guest property, including vehicles parked on our premises. Guests are encouraged to secure their belongings and vehicles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their stay.
