Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before making your reservation

Booking Conditions

  • Advance Payment: Advance payment required if you are a cash paying guest. If not, prior arrangement should be made whereby you will be asked to pay in full when checking in.
  • Account Holders: Email or fax through copy of the purchase order if you have an account with us.
  • Room Rates: Room rates are per person, per day. We charge extra for accommodation and breakfast for every additional person staying in the room unless they are children under the age of five.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash (USD and MWK), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and mobile money payments. All payments must be settled according to the terms outlined.

Bank Transfer Details: Available upon request

Mobile Money: Airtel Money and TNM Mpamba accepted

Please ensure all payments are made according to the terms outlined above.

Cancellation Policy

Important Notice

No Shows: A 100% cancellation fee of one night will be applicable to all no shows.

Release Time: Our release time for all non-guaranteed bookings is 18:00 hours unless prior arrangement has been made.

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged one night's room rate.
  • Group Bookings: Different cancellation policies apply for group bookings (5 rooms or more). Please contact us for specific group booking terms.

Visitor Policy

  • Visitor Registration: Please inform Reception for any of your visitors, especially after 18:00 hours. All visitors must be registered at the front desk.
  • Visitor Hours: Visitor hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Overnight visitors must be registered as additional guests and will be charged accordingly.
  • Identification: All visitors may be required to present valid identification at the front desk for security purposes.

Check-out Policy

  • Check-out Time: Check-out time is 10:00 AM unless prior arrangement has been made. Late check-out after 12:00 noon will attract a charge of 50% of the room rate.
  • Luggage Storage: Luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures free of charge at the guest's own risk.

Hotel Policies

  • Non-Smoking Policy: All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please observe this requirement for the comfort and safety of all our guests. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for smoking in rooms.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.
  • Facility Usage: Use of all facilities including swimming pool, gym, and restaurant is subject to operating hours and safety regulations.
  • Safety & Security: Safe boxes are provided in all rooms for safe keeping of valuables. The hotel is responsible for lost or stolen items.

Restaurant & Dining

  • Breakfast Inclusion: All room bookings include a complimentary full English breakfast served daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM in our restaurant.
  • Restaurant Hours: Lunch: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Dinner: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Room Service: Room service is available during restaurant operating hours. A service charge may apply for orders to be delivered at your door step.

Important Notices

Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.

Internet Usage

Free WiFi is provided for legitimate personal and business use. The hotel reserves the right to monitor usage and may restrict access for inappropriate or excessive use.

  • Privacy & Photography: The hotel premises are under 24/7 surveillance for security purposes. Commercial photography or filming requires prior management approval.
  • Parking: Complimentary parking is available for guests. Vehicles are parked at owner's risk. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft from vehicles.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests during these hours.
